If you live with a healthy person who has a daily routine, they may usually wake up early in the morning. 

Studies suggest that waking up early can help you be more productive and reduce your stress levels.

Drinking water in the morning hydrates the body after sleeping all night. Because after a night’s sleep, your body can be mildly dehydrated, so drinking some water can help you. 

It also has benefits like:

  • Boosting your metabolism and managing your weight
  • Hydrating your skin can increase its glow 
  • Helping your organs, like your liver and kidneys, flush out toxins. 
  • Increasing your alertness and focus

It can be a 10 to 15-minute exercise, yoga, stretching, or a quick morning walk. Or even going to the gym.

  • Or sit down and start scrolling online.

  • Setting good goals 
  • Maybe not fight a lot 
  • Using less screen

  • Drinking enough water 

They simply do things that are good FOR THEM and things that MAKE THEM HAPPY.
