Many things contribute to the obesity such as:
- Genetics: Some people gain weight more easily due to their genetics
- Poor diet: Eating too much processed foods , sugar, and unhealthy fats.
- Zero physical activity: Lack of physical activity can add to the reasons for a person gaining weight and developing metabolic problems
- Calories: If you consistently take in more calories than you burn, you’ll gain a lot of weight.
- Environment: Where a person lives can also contribute to risk of becoming obese. If there is easy access to processed foods, and places that don’t encourage people to exercise, it can add to the rise of obesity.
