Chronic inflammation, which drives heart disease and cancer, is also a product of immune dysregulation. What you actually want is a well-regulated, appropriately responsive immune system. The habits and foods that support it, not by pushing the immune system harder, but by giving it what it needs to work well.

Citrus fruits: You see fruits like:
