But mobility exercises have so many benefits. 

Like 

  • Helping blood circulate better 
  • Lowering your risk of injuries
  • Reducing stiffness in your joints and improving mobility. 
  • Increasing your workout performance.
  • Improving your posture 
  • Reducing those issues that come with aging 

Some examples of mobility exercises include:

  • Leg swings
  • Arm circles 
  • Hip rotations
  • Glute bridges 
  • Leg swings 

And even Yoga and Pilates. 

These exercises aren’t just “warm-up” moves; you also should create workout sessions for them. 

Lighting weights is great. So is

  • Learn to like doing the boring stuff. Such as sitting in silence, reading books instead of scrolling. 
  • If it doesn’t work out, always WALK. 
  • Don’t get up too quickly after waking up out of bed; it may cause low blood flow.
