You’re there now to work on what you want to change. It’s not their business how you look,  even if many make it their business, just go in there and do what you need to do. 2 .  Don’t be shy or embarrassed to ask for help 

Working out in public may come with some form of anxiety, making it hard to reach out to someone, however, you don’t have to. If you need help using a piece of equipment, form, workout tips, etc, you can ask. You’d be surprised how many will be willing to help you out. 

Listen, even seasoned gym pros, ask others to spot them. So, don’t sweat it, they are just people like you, regardless of how buffed they look.

“Hi, I don’t mean to bother you, but I’d appreciate it if you could tell me how to use this ——“, I have no idea where to start”
