One of the best things I started doing regarding my meals, particularly breakfast was making sure I had lots of fiber, protein, and healthy fats.
These breakfast meals became my favorite.

1 . Making eggs and putting on toast
It’s very simple to make, quick, filling. Eating this for breakfast stopped me from snacking before afternoon.
2 . Greek yoghurt with apples and nuts
I love all my breakfast meals, but this one holds a very special place. To the point I feel very happy after eating them. I just take some creamy yogurt, crunchy apples, and pack a handful of almonds.
It felt like I was having dessert, but it did more work than that.
3 . Avocado toast and eggs
This was my perfect mix of healthy fats and protein, for my breakfast.
4 . Oats with peanut butter
This was surprisingly delicious for me every time I had it. Eating warm oats kept me full, and the peanut butter added a great flavor.
5 . Fruit smoothie and Greek yogurt
I took some frozen fruits, a good amount of Greek yogurt, some spinach and blended them together. It’s been very nice, refreshing, and easy to make.
Which I was big on, cause making breakfast that took too much time wasn’t my style. Also, I loved eating this instead of grabbing biscuits to eat when I am about to leave the house.
I recommend these brekky options cause they’re not expensive, or what’s trending online. They’re really good, and gave my body what it needed.
